OVERVIEW:

Ecosafe Group is looking for experienced Painters and Decorators to support our Adur District Council Contract, covering a range of property improvement works across the local housing stock. The work includes damp and mould remediation, void property refresh, and kitchen refurbishments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in painting and decorating
• Own van and tools
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5m)
• CSCS card desirable
• Experience in social housing preferred
• Good communication and timekeeping

• Painting and finishing following damp and mould remedial works
• Full redecoration of void properties
• Final decorating in kitchens following installations
• Maintaining a clean and professional working environment
• Working independently to a high standard
