About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, trade-qualified Painter to join our in-house team and help deliver high-quality townhouse developments across our sites. Working closely with our Painting Foreman and wider construction team, you’ll complete all aspects of internal and external painting works to a high standard while ensuring projects remain on schedule. We take safety seriously, back our people, and provide opportunities for growth and development within a supportive team environment. Key responsibilities will include: Completing internal and external painting works across all stages of construction Preparing surfaces through sanding, patching, filling, cleaning and priming Painting walls, ceilings, doors, frames, trims, cladding, soffits, steelwork, decking and other building elements Reading and interpreting plans, paint schedules and specifications Maintaining high-quality workmanship and completing repairs or defects promptly Following SWMS, reporting hazards and maintaining a safe and tidy worksite Looking after tools, equipment and materials Working collaboratively with supervisors, trades and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes About You We’re looking for someone with: Certificate III in Painting and Decorating Experience in residential or multi-residential construction Strong knowledge of painting methods, materials and industry standards Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications A strong work ethic, attention to detail and team-first attitude Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Current White Card Who We Are With over 20 years of experience, AR Developments has been developing communities across Brisbane with modern, turnkey townhouses designed for families and property investors.
