Our painting team is looking for motivated individuals to join our spring/summer painting team going into the season of 2025!

- We are currently hiring Painters and Crew Chiefs for this season. Both positions are full-time summer jobs and can lead to job security in the years to come and future promotion opportunities within the company for those with the right attitude!
What will be expected of you:

- Reliable Transportation (As we will be working at many different job sites you must 100% be capable of getting around town. The team may be required to move job sites mid-day and you must be able to accommodate this, no exceptions!)

Position Descriptions
- Painter: This role is a fun but incredibly challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on work experience and make money reflective of their efforts over the summer. The ideal individual is hard-working, coachable, and has effective communication skills. You will be sometimes required to work at heights or for long hours in warm weather so needless to say endurance is an asset.
- Crew Chief: In addition to painting, you would gain experience in leadership and management while running a crew of 2-3 people in this role. This would include motivating your team, solving client issues, training additional painters, managing other tasks on job sites, and conveying that information to the company owner.
Bonuses and Incentives, as well as pay increases, are provided for people willing to show exceptional initiative.

We are seeking reliable individuals who enjoy both indoor and outdoor work. Candidates must have a passion for painting in a variety of styles and mediums. Painting inside, outside, and on ladders is the job description, so the successful applicant will be able to meet these challenges with a positive, cooperative approach. We’re interested in hiring responsible, hardworking painters who can meet deadlines and help us maintain our pristine image.
Responsibilities:
- Apply paint to walls and surfaces.
- Use masking or taping techniques to protect adjacent areas from coating.
- Apply primers to surfaces as specified by the job description using a brush or sprayer.
- Put on and remove protective clothing, such as gloves and safety goggles, as necessary for the job.
- Use ladders or other equipment as required to reach higher surfaces.
- Keep a neat, clean work area at all times.
