PAINTER / CREW MEMBER – J&B QUALITY PAINTERS

Compensation: $22–$33/hr + Bonus Pay

What You’ll Do

• Deliver 5-star client experiences on interior and exterior jobs
• Follow detailed scopes, prep surfaces, apply coatings with precision
• Keep tools, van, and job sites organized and clean
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and team members
• Finish on time, with minimal touch-ups or callbacks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of painting experience
• Reliable, on time, and takes ownership
• Coachable, open to feedback, and a fast learner
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights

Bonus Pay + Growth Track
