Styloes painting services is seeking skilled and reliable Painters to join our growing team, the ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, painting techniques and finishing, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines. You will be working across a variety of projects including insurance repair jobs, new residential and commercial buildings, real estate and large scale repainting works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (patching, sanding, priming, masking) for painting.
• Apply paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Carry out detailed repainting work for insurance jobs, ensuring repairs match existing finishes.
• Complete new build painting projects to a high standard within set timelines.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and materials in line with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project requirements.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Painter (residential, commercial, or insurance).
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques.
• Ability to work at heights and follow WHS/OHS safety procedures.
• Eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Driver’s license and reliable transport.
• Trade certificate (preferred but not essential).
