Key Responsibilities Prepare, tape, and finish drywall — including patching, sanding, mudding, and smoothing surfaces. Perform interior and exterior painting — priming, brushing, rolling, and spraying. Repair or replace damaged drywall sections; perform surface touch-ups. Match colors and textures; ensure smooth, even finishes throughout. Set up and clean up work areas daily; maintain a clean, organized jobsite. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; complete tasks on schedule. Follow all safety procedures, including use of ladders, lifts, and PPE. Qualifications Required 5-10+ years of experience in painting and/or drywall finishing (commercial or residential). Strong knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, priming, and painting techniques. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at heights when needed. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Preferred Experience with airless sprayers, texturing equipment, or multi-finish drywall systems. Familiarity with both interior and exterior surface prep and coatings. OSHA 10 certification or similar safety training (nice to have). Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday, 8–10 hour shifts (occasional weekends as needed). Suggested pay: $22–$30 Overtime opportunities available.
