This role plays an essential part by delivering high-quality interior painting, detailed trim work, and professional surface preparation to ensure apartment homes and common areas are completed with precision and efficiency. In addition to competitive pay, ECI’s robust benefits package includes: Bonus potential 30% rental discount at ECI properties Paid time off and company holidays 401k plus 4% company match Wellness plans, flexible spending accounts, and dependent care What You’ll Do Perform interior painting in apartment homes and common areas Operate paint sprayers and perform detailed brush and trim work Prepare surfaces including sanding, patching, priming, caulking, and minor sheet rock repair Complete light make-ready tasks such as hardware and light fixture replacement Maintain organized inventory of paint supplies and materials Ensure clean, safe, and professional work areas at all times Support timely apartment turns and overall property presentation standards Requirements What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED. 2–4 years of professional painting experience required Proficient with paint sprayers and detailed trim/finish work Experience with interior surface preparation and minor drywall repair Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed What’ll Set You Apart Basic handyman or light maintenance experience preferred Physical Activities and Work Environment Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time . Will need to perform physical activities such as bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, pushing, pulling, lifting, and reaching above shoulders. Occasional exposure to paint fumes, solvents, adhesives, etc. Employee must wear Personal Protective Equipment, rubber gloves and eye protection, when necessary.
