POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Painter Helper to assist our professional painting crew with day-to-day job site operations. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in the painting and home improvement industry. Training is provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
• Physically fit and able to work on ladders and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and painting techniques.
• Previous experience in construction, painting, or general labor is an asset (but not required).
• Valid driver’s license/personal vehicle is preferred but not required

• Assist painters with surface preparation (masking, sanding, cleaning, and taping).
• Help set up and maintain equipment, spray machines, and tools.
• Carry, load, and organize materials and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on job sites.
• Support the team with priming, touch-ups, and cleanup after projects.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with homeowners.
