Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: * Independently perform paint mixing, spraying, and related coating tasks in line with drawings and process instructions * Apply coatings using appropriate painting methods to meet defined technical and quality requirements * Inspect painted surfaces, identify defects, and take corrective actions to continuously improve quality * Carry out wastewater handling tasks under the guidance of a supervisor, following environmental and safety procedures * Demonstrate strong awareness and judgment to prevent health, safety, and environmental incidents by consistently applying safe work practices * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and comply with all company policies and production arrangements Who You Are: You take responsibility for completing work accurately and reliably, even when tasks require a high level of attention to detail. You use sound judgment to identify potential quality or safety issues and take appropriate action to address them. You remain open to guidance and feedback from supervisors, adapt well to changing production needs, and consistently cooperate with others to achieve shared goals.
