The Role We are seeking an hardworking Painter / Maintenance Specialist to support our maintenance team in ensuring our facilities are tidy and well maintained. This position is Full time with minimum hours of 40 hours and with the pay rate of $31 per hour. Responsibilities include: Painting of the hotel facilities Ad hoc Maintenance Duties where required Keep an awareness of repairs and maintenance throughout the hotel during day to day tasks Regular liaison with all departments in particular, Front Office and Housekeeping to ensure rooms are returned to full working order as quickly as possible Experience with Swimming pools, plant and equipment, able to work sole charge or with minimum supervision, be conscientious and proactive Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed including access to guest rooms/plant/machinery etc General Maintenance and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel We are seeking a team member with a great attitude.
