Description Luther Village, a premier independent senior living community in Arlington Heights, is seeking a skilled and dependable Painter & Maintenance Technician to join our Plant Operations team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, attractive, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and guests. What You’ll Do: Perform interior and exterior painting, staining, and wall covering Prepare and repair surfaces, including drywall, plaster, and sheetrock Restore vacated apartments to move-in-ready condition Complete general maintenance repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile work, and irrigation systems Respond to work orders and maintenance requests promptly and professionally Assist with preventive maintenance and seasonal duties, including snow removal Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and coworkers Why Join Luther Village?
