As a Painter, you will play a key role in delivering top-quality residential building projects, ensuring exceptional finishes and long-lasting results across various developments. From interior detailing to exterior coatings, your craftsmanship will be highly valued in a professional and supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience as a Professional Painter
• Certified II in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
• Physically fit and ready for full-time on-site work.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious
• With valid passport.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English test (IELTS or PTE Academic)
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willing to travel to job sites across Brisbane, Australia
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and drive a four-wheeled vehicle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, varnish, or coatings on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform touch-ups and repairs with precision.
• Ensure safe handling and disposal of materials.
• Work efficiently within project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with site teams and supervisors for daily task management.
