We’re hiring a Painter/Porter Maintenance for our SW Houston client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately! DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

• Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
• Location: Houston TX 77002
• Pay: $17.00-$18.00hr
• Shift: Wed-Fri 10pm - 6pm, and Sat & Sun 8am - 5pm, off Mondays and Tuesdays
• Duration: Temp to Hire
• Description of Duties: Manually repair and repaint damaged areas such as parking garages, pillars, and walls. Train alongside an experienced worker for a few days to learn procedures before performing tasks independently.

• Requirements: Mechanically skilled individual capable of repairing rails, performing patch work on pillars, and fixing garage door panels. Fluency in either Spanish or English is acceptable.
