JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of construction and restoration processes. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in construction painting, residential painting, commercial painting, and industrial painting is an asset.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
  We are willing to train candidates with no experience but with a hardworking and positive attitude. Hourly pay rate is based on experience. Minimum G2 licence with your own vehicle is a requirement. Must be willing to travel to various job sites.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Perform restoration work on existing structures as needed.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of the project.
