About the Role: The Painter role is essential in delivering high-quality finishes on a variety of surfaces and structures, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability. This position involves preparing surfaces, selecting appropriate materials, and applying paints or coatings with precision and care. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are critical to achieving superior results. Valid driver's licensure required. Preferred Qualifications: * Proven experience in painting and surface preparation techniques. * Strong manual dexterity and depth perception skills. * Familiarity with drywall repair. * Ability to safely operate table saws and spray painting equipment. * Knowledge of basic carpentry. * Prior work experience in commercial or industrial painting projects. * Understanding of advanced coating materials and techniques.
