Description Fluency in English is required for this position due to regular communication with English-speaking employees, managers, and clients. Guardian Service Industries is seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our West Palm Beach team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers clean, high-quality work, and maintains professionalism in occupied and unoccupied residential settings. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $23.00. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish work. Repair and prepare surfaces, such as drywall, plaster, and wood, before painting. Mix, match, and apply paints, varnishes, and finishes according to specifications. Ensure proper care and storage of tools, equipment, and materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and comply with safety standards. Qualifications: Fluency in English is required for this position due to regular communication with English-speaking employees, managers, and clients. Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
