OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial painting, with experience in various aspects of construction and renovation. This role requires attention to detail, a good understanding of color theory, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in residential and commercial painting
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
  • Familiarity with color theory and the ability to mix paints accurately
  • Experience with plastering, stucco application, and concrete finishing
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and perform basic math calculations
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Previous construction site experience is highly desirable
  • Skills in carpentry (frame carpentry and trim carpentry) are a plus
  • Knowledge of industrial painting techniques is beneficial
  • Maintenance Person experience is advantageous for performing additional maintenance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work
