We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for painting and a keen eye for detail. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes to various structures and surfaces. The Painter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and maintaining safety standards on the job site.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Previous experience in painting or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to drive to various job sites as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods while performing tasks.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills as necessary.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
• Mix paints and other materials according to specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with project specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times on the job site.
