ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Painting Assistant to join our operations team. This role involves hands-on finishing work, ensuring that our products meet high standards of quality, durability, and presentation.
As part of the production team, you will contribute to achieving daily and weekly output targets while maintaining a safe and well-organized workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out product finishing, including painting, coating, and touch-ups.
• Prepare surfaces through cleaning, priming, and minor repairs.
• Maintain consistency and quality of finishes across batches.
• Operate and maintain painting tools, spray equipment, and materials.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow company safety protocols for handling paints and solvents.
• Support production targets and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.
