Description

a) Supervises all painting personnel, including other supervisors for carrying out painting activities on onshore and offshore. b) Planning, scheduling, organizing and training personnel and recommending applicants for employment or for discipline, termination or retention. c) Coordinate with offshore project engineers in estimating manpower equipment, tools, and materials required to be mobilized for the project and non available equipment / Materials to be placed by purchase order. d) Implement safety requirement before, during, and after blasting and painting works. e) Daily Manpower Distribution to each Project and area and monitor their production. f) Full knowledge to operate and repair blasting and painting equipments and tools. g) Correct maintenance of all blasting and painting equipments and tools. Able to identify parts no. required in ordering replacement.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate painting and blasting personnel for onshore and offshore projects. Manage resource estimation, manpower distribution, and the maintenance of specialized equipment.
