  • Excellent Customer Service Skills/Experience
  • Excellent People Skills & Leadership
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a Supermarket Assistant Manager role
  • The ability to show consistent work ethics

  • The ability to stay calm in the fast-paced environment.
  • The willingness to manage a large team of staff on a daily basis.
