Description
Practice leadership & team building Recruit and grow a high‑performing Palantir practice: hire, interview, and onboard engineers, solution architects, and pre‑sales staff. Design and deliver an ongoing training curriculum (Foundry tooling, transforms, ontology design, GenAI patterns, security & compliance). Mentor and develop consultants: set career ladders, run brown‑bags, lead technical reviews and code/design clinics. Build reusable assets: demo kits, PoC templates, accelerator pipelines, security/compliance checklists, and delivery playbooks. Own practice strategy: hiring plan, GTM positioning, competency roadmap, utilization targets, and success metrics. Client advisory & solution architecture Lead pre‑sales technical discovery, build and deliver high‑impact demos and PoCs that demonstrate Foundry + AIP capabilities and business outcomes. Architect end‑to‑end solutions: ingestion, ontology & transforms, embedding pipelines, RAG designs, agent orchestration, model serving and monitoring. Translate business requirements into productized solutions and prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and operational SLAs. Ensure delivery excellence: provide technical leadership on engagements, accelerate handoffs to delivery teams, and own key technical risks and mitigation plans. Serve as the customer technical ambassador — present architectures to CxOs, run workshops, and de‑risk procurement/technical evaluations. Alliance, go‑to‑market & business development Define market offerings and SOW templates for Foundry + AIP services (PoC, implementation, managed services, enablement). Collaborate with Sales and Palantir to shape joint pursuits; lead technical workshops and executive briefings. Provide subject‑matter expertise to pricing, contract terms, and risk assessments for Palantir engagements. Proven experience: 7+ years in enterprise data/AI or software engineering roles, with at least 3-5 years directly implementing or architecting Palantir Foundry solutions. 3+ years of direct leadership & people skills related to hiring and team development. Ability to travel 50% when needed.
