This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 7 years Location: Hyderabad, NCR, Gurgaon, Gurugram JobType: full-time As a Palantir Foundry Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling data-driven applications that enable enterprises to make faster and more informed decisions. You will work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and application development, leveraging Palantir Foundry to transform complex datasets into intuitive, high-impact solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving real-world business problems using modern data platforms, full-stack development, and strong engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust analytical workflows and operational applications. With a strong emphasis on Python, React, and TypeScript, you will contribute to both backend logic and frontend experiences, ensuring seamless integration across data pipelines, applications, and user interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions using Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, transforms, and analytical models • Build scalable and reusable data workflows that support enterprise reporting, operational analytics, and decision intelligence • Develop backend logic using Python to process, validate, and analyze large-scale datasets within Foundry • Create interactive, user-friendly applications and dashboards using React and TypeScript within Foundry’s application framework • Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with platform best practices • Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and performance across all solutions • Integrate multiple data sources and systems while maintaining security and access controls • Optimize performance of data pipelines and applications for scalability and reliability • Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, and technical documentation • Support deployments, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of Foundry-based solutions What Makes You a Great Fit • 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or full-stack development roles • Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including pipelines, ontology, and application development • Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing, transformations, and backend logic • Solid experience building modern front-end applications using React and TypeScript • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT concepts, and enterprise data architectures • Experience working with large, complex datasets in production environments • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and agile environments • Passion for building scalable, maintainable, and high-impact data products
