JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various framing techniques and construction practices. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to create structural frameworks for buildings and other structures. The Framer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

SKILLS

• Proficient in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and plastering methods
• Experience with roofing systems and woodworking skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday
• Familiarity with construction management principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration on-site
• Previous construction site experience is preferred

• Construct frameworks for buildings using wood, metal studs, and other materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Perform metal building erection and concrete forming tasks
• Install rebar and finish concrete as needed
• Execute masonry work including bricklaying and block laying
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks
• Conduct heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as required
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on the construction site
• Engage in restoration, remodeling, and siding projects as necessary
