We are focused on supporting patients and families who are dealing with a life limiting illness. Our goal is to help patients achieve dignity, comfort and maximise the quality of life as they progress into end of life. Clare Holland House comprises of an inpatient unit, Specialist Palliative Aged Care Team (PEACE), and community specialist palliative care service (CSPCS), which provide palliative care to the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounding region. There is an expectation that the successful applicant/s will maintain accountability for their own practice standards, education and work collaboratively with the Clare Holland House/ North Canberra Hospital team to support the professional development of the CHH nursing workforce For more information regarding the position duties click here for the Position Description.
