Specifically, this role advocates for appropriate referrals to palliative and hospice services, and also facilitates educational offerings to increase clinician awareness of palliative and hospice care options. What You'll Bring: Experience in hospice and palliative care required A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred Current Maine RN Certification Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care required within 2 years of hire. Ability to communicate clearly in English, speak effectively by telephone and written word, operates a computer efficiently, and uses translation services appropriately. Ready to Make a Difference?
