Elevate Palliative Care. *This position will require extensive multi-state travel, potentially up to 80% during the week.* We are seeking an experienced and mission-driven Nurse Practitioner Preceptor to join our Palliative Care division. In this role, you will mentor, coach, and train newly hired and tenured nurse practitioners through hands-on patient care and structured clinical education. You will ensure that preceptees are confident, competent, and aligned with our mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered palliative care. As a role model and trusted clinical leader, you will balance mentoring responsibilities with patient home visits, directly impacting both clinical quality and patient outcomes across our Palliative Care/Empatia program.
