Bayshore Home Care Solutions, Hamilton Branch is looking for Registered Practical Nurses (RPN). Our Nurses enjoy an environment that gives priority to their flexibility but at the same time fully utilizing their nursing skill sets. In this position specializing in palliative care, duties will include providing skilled clinical care in the client home setting. This is a day shift casual position with an on-call rotation which includes overnight 11pm-7am and weekends 3pm-11pm (approximately 2-4 on-call shifts per month) On Call rotation, once per week, either 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am Location - Greater Hamilton Area Why Join Our Team? Education Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required) Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body Valid CPR certification Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle due to the nature of this traveling position, client home to client home Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), French language proficiency considered an asset Leap Training, Palliative Certificate, Oncology considered an Asset Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide: A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening, Proof of being free from TB Two supervisory references At Bayshore Healthcare, we are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation practices.
