Description Celtic Property Management is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at Palm Terrace in Chandler, AZ. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a community transitioning from Tax Credit (LIHTC) to Market Rate, offering valuable experience for a motivated professional ready to grow and make an impact.
