Job Description We are looking for an experienced PALS Specialist (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Treasure Coast Harley-Davidson Location!! Responsibilities: Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories. Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
