We are looking for a Service Supervisor for cleaning services in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall quality and smooth operation of cleaning services at your client sites, organizing maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning, ensuring service quality, and managing staff. You will act as the direct supervisor for your unit’s employees, overseeing their onboarding and professional competence. You will also be responsible for your site’s results and report to your own supervisor.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to systematically develop and maintain the cleanliness of your client sites and the skills of your employees. Your proven track record in successful supervisory work and previous experience in the cleaning industry will help you excel in this position. As a supervisor, you should understand key financial indicators—perhaps your higher education has equipped you with the ability to interpret them. You are especially comfortable working in customer-facing situations with a sales-oriented approach, quickly identifying client needs and providing the right service solutions.

The salary for a Service Supervisor is approximately €2,800–3,200/month, depending on previous experience. Working in our international environment is both rewarding and interesting. This supervisory position requires fluent Finnish and English skills. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week). Shifts vary on weekdays, including morning, daytime shifts, and we hope you are also available to work weekends when needed. The position starts as soon as possible, once the right person is found. Previous experience and/or education in the cleaning industry, as well as prior supervisory experience, are considered an advantage.
