We are looking for a Service Instructor in the Oulu area.

You will work under the service supervisor as a Service Instructor, responsible for facility cleaning. You will act as the contact person between employees and management, as well as for customers. In addition, you will also participate in hands-on cleaning tasks. Most of your work will involve deep cleaning and on-demand cleaning assignments. Working with customers is a major part of your role.
This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours/week). Shifts are mainly early mornings on weekdays, but we expect flexibility to work in other shifts as needed. The position will start as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property service employees and depends on your tasks. The monthly salary is €2172–2300.
The role requires prior experience in the cleaning industry. It is important that you have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work reliably. We value a customer-oriented approach and the ability to positively influence the workplace atmosphere with your attitude. Since the work area is broad and involves a lot of mobility, a driver’s license is required.
Good Finnish skills are not necessary if your English is fluent – in that case, basic Finnish will be sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit to work in Finland when applying.
