ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL IN THE CLEANING SERVICES INDUSTRY?
We are looking for a supervisor for cleaning services in the Uusimaa region.
N-Clean was awarded the title of the most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This prestigious recognition reflects our values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares our values and wants to be part of a responsible and people-focused work community.
You will work under the supervision of the site manager, overseeing commercial cleaning operations. Your role includes serving as a liaison between cleaning staff and management, as well as with customers. Your duties will also involve hands-on cleaning, quality control, and supporting and supervising the cleaners’ work. Working closely with customers is a key part of this role.
This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week). Working hours are primarily early weekday mornings starting at 6:00 AM, but we expect flexibility to work other shifts and weekends when needed. The position will start as soon as the right candidate is found. The salary is determined by the collective labor agreement for the property services sector and depends on your tasks. The starting wage during the training period is €10.75/hour, after which it increases to €12.54/hour.
We expect you to have at least three years of experience in cleaning, along with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability. You are customer-oriented and contribute positively to the work environment with your attitude. The work area is wide and mobile, so a valid driver’s license is required.
Fluency in Finnish is not mandatory; if you speak fluent English, basic Finnish skills will be sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit for Finland when applying.
