ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONAL IN THE CLEANING SERVICES INDUSTRY?
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for the Uusimaa region.
N-Clean was selected as the most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This prestigious recognition reflects our core values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares our values and wants to be part of a responsible and people-oriented work community.
You will work under the direction of a service manager as a Cleaning Supervisor, responsible for managing facility cleaning. You will serve as a point of contact between employees and management, as well as a liaison for our customers. The role also includes hands-on cleaning tasks. Working closely with customers plays a central role in your job.
This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position (30–37.5 hours per week). Shifts take place both on weekdays and weekends, primarily during early morning hours starting at 6:00 AM. We hope you are also willing to work other shifts when needed. The job will start as soon as we find the right candidate. Salary is based on the Collective Agreement for Property Services and ranges between €2,200–€2,600/month, depending on experience and responsibilities.
Previous experience in professional cleaning is required. Relevant training or qualifications in the cleaning industry will be considered an advantage. To succeed in this role, you should have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a reliable, customer-friendly approach to work. Your attitude contributes to a positive team spirit. As the role covers a wide area and involves mobility, a driver’s license is required.
Fluent Finnish language skills are not mandatory if your English is fluent. In that case, basic Finnish skills are sufficient. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit for Finland at the time of applying.
