Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 4500000 (ie INR 30-45 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon JobType: full-time Candidate Profile 8+ years of experience in Information Security, with at least 5+ years specializing in Privileged Access Management (PAM). Deep expertise in PAM technologies, architecture, and governance across server, cloud, secrets management, and endpoint access. Proven experience owning and leading PAM platforms or products within large, regulated enterprise environments. Strong hands-on understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows, Unix/Linux systems, databases, and business-critical applications. Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-wide PAM adoption, reducing security risk, and meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams. Experience working within Agile or product-based delivery models. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
