Description JOB TITLE: Sr. Executive Support Specialist POSITION NUMBER: 2601-SREXSS-PAMSS POSITION LOCATION: Idaho Falls, ID ANTICIPATED START DATE: Proposal Contingent TRAVEL: As required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position ASRT, Inc. provides scientific, information management, management consulting, bioinformatics, and administrative program support to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other Federal and private sector clients. The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) SCOPE OF WORK Provides executive-level administrative and coordination support to DOE leadership, ensuring efficient daily operations and compliance with DOE administrative requirements. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Manage calendars, correspondence, and meetings. · Coordinate travel and logistics. · Maintain official records and files. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience: Associates' or Bachelor’s degree required 5+ years of executive or administrative support experience. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Desirable: Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience supporting senior federal leadership. Experience working at DOE, HHS (CDC/NIH), or DoD on services contracts. Experience working with a diverse interdisciplinary team Security Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust investigation Language Skills: The candidate must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills. REQUIREMENT: Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States. SALARY: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
