Description

ABOUT US

Major Commercial Property Ltd and Fortune Property Leasing Group Ltd work in partnership to deliver high-quality temporary and emergency accommodation across London and surrounding boroughs.
We work closely with local authorities and our sister organisation, Major Housing Association, ensuring that all properties are let at fair, competitive rates in line with private rental sector standards, balancing value for landlords while helping councils meet urgent housing needs.
Our sourcing teams secure the properties; this role ensures they are let quickly, efficiently, and at the best possible value while keeping void periods to a minimum.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience and contacts within London local authority housing/homelessness teams.
  • Proven ability to let properties to councils quickly, across multiple boroughs.
  • Strong understanding of local authority procurement frameworks, nightly-let models, and temporary accommodation standards.
  • Track record of meeting monthly occupancy and rental value targets.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
