Job Description Mission of the role: The position is responsible for the classification and identification of the provided information in order to systematise and recognise data Process the information with predefined requirements in order to be used by other teams/clients in the next stages of data processing This role has responsibility for meeting the deadlines of preparing the information with maximum performance, depending on the nature of the tasks As a Panel Data Operations Analyst, you will have the following key responsibilities: Perform data-in activities for the business Align data-in activities with standard global procedures and documents Meet the agreed daily/weekly/monthly targets and deadlines Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks Maintain a consistent high level of quality Attend meetings/discussions with country representatives when required Attend training when required Report any known errors or discrepancies to the direct manager Provide support and execute different additional tasks supporting the data-in process Now that you know what the Panel Data Operations Analyst does, the following qualifications are required: University degree in: Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management or other related area Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Working level of English (B1 - B2) Excellent communication skills Strong problem-solving, initiative, and analytical thinking skills Attention to detail, maintaining high-quality standards Ability to identify and understand problems Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and targets Effectively handling emerging issues and cases Full-time work availability We offer: Food vouchers € 62 Additional Medical Insurance, incl Prophylactics, Outpatient care, Inpatient care, еxpenses for medications and medical products Life Insurance Multisport card (self-funded by the employee) A Hybrid model of working: 7 office days per month on a rotating schedule (1–2 days per week), planned in advance Additional paid leave of 3 days in case of no overdue leave days from previous year Free access to LinkedIn Learning platform In addition: Working in an international organisation, once you become a specialist in your field, you can count on numerous programs offering development or relocation to other departments or countries.
