Job Description Purpose of the role: The role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the online panel environment, ensuring high-quality execution of daily operations. This includes providing assistance to panel participants, managing platform-related activities, and contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of market research processes. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for panelists and respondents by managing and responding to inquiries through the Zendesk platform Provide guidance and support to panel participants, including assistance with survey participation, technical issues, and general inquiries related to market research studies Maintain and update panelist information in the Atlas panel management system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Monitor and escalate operational or technical issues that may impact the quality or continuity of research activities Communicate effectively with both panelists and internal stakeholders, ensuring a high standard of customer service Collaborate closely with Project Management and Client Solutions teams across markets to support and optimize panel-related activities Manage and process personal data deletion requests in compliance with data protection regulations, coordinating with relevant internal teams Oversee the progress and quality of fieldwork activities, proactively taking corrective actions where necessary (e.g. quota adjustments, timeline alignment, requirement updates) Ensure all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and autonomy Support additional operational tasks and projects as required, based on team and organizational needs Required Skills and Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken Strong quality orientation with high attention to detail Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Effective problem-solving and analytical skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment We offer: Food vouchers € 62 Additional Medical Insurance, incl Prophylactics, Outpatient care, Inpatient care, еxpenses for medications and medical products Life Insurance Multisport card (self-funded by the employee) A Hybrid model of working: 3 days of the week you work from home (home office), 2 days from the office.
