You’ll: Perform or oversee in-process and final inspections for workmanship, wiring accuracy, and UL conformance Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions Prepare panels for UL field inspections and respond to auditor findings Drive continuous improvement in panel build processes Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience building and/or supervising the fabrication of industrial control panels in a UL 508A certified shop. Strong working knowledge of UL 508A standard (including SCCR, component acceptance, wiring, spacing, and labeling requirements). Proven supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, panel layouts, and P&IDs. Familiarity with common control components (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, relays, motor controls, power distribution, etc.). Proficiency with hand/power tools, wire crimping, routing, and panel assembly techniques. Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications UL 508A Manufacturer Technical Representative (MTR) certification or willingness to obtain/pass the exam.
