THE VACANCY
Join us at Quarriers as a Panel Support Assistant & Administrator in Glasgow with our Quarriers Shared Lives Family Placement Service and Quarriers Fostering Service. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong background in administration and looking to make a difference daily by making sure everyone’s voice is heard.
YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
This role with the Shared Lives Family Placement and Fostering services is to ensure the smooth running of the panels for both services.
The Panel Support Assistant will raise matters as they occur to address them in a timely manner to prevent disruption or delay to panel business. This may include arranging for additional Panel Members to be available at short notice or making changes to the agenda or the dates when panel are held. There can be many and varied changing tasks which are time consuming, and the administrator role allows for this.
At Quarriers we are always looking at new ways to streamline processes, so we are looking for someone who has used AI minute taking previously and would be happy to lead the way forward with new technology, meaning we keep accurate and up to date records of the panel discussions.
Working pattern: This is a full-time role offering 35 hours per week, primarily based in our Glasgow Regional office located in Springburn. There will be travelling required for visits and panel meetings, this means the successful candite will need to have a full UK driving licence with daily access to your own vehicle.
