JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses and ensuring that all components meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical assembly and possess the ability to read and interpret schematics. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with various hand and power tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or electrical assembly, specifically with wire harnesses
  • Familiarity with PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly and surface mount technology
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
  • Proficient in using calipers, ohmmeters, and other measuring instruments
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in hand tools and power tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Previous experience in soldering techniques is preferred
  • Electrical experience is highly desirable

Responsibilities
  • Assemble wire harnesses according to specifications and schematics

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
