We are looking for a Panettiere for season 2025 to join our Kitchen team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
Reports to Executive Chef.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques
  • At least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role
  • Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally

Responsibilities

The Panettiere will:

  • Preparation: follow the entire production line of leavened, puffed and non-leavened product, follow the production of bakery products.
  • Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Controls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditions.
  • Monitors waste control.
  • Performs all duties assigned by the Executive Chef.
  • Support the pastry team
