Responsibilities
Team Introduction Pangle is the ad network of TikTok for Business, enabling global app developers and mobile site operators to grow their apps/websites and maximize earnings through exclusive ad demand from TikTok for Business. Pangle offers a growing all-mobile network in over 20 emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This internship will be project based. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates’ jobs globally. Successful candidates must be able to commit to the following Internship: We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to a minimum of 3 months, ideally for 5 days a week. Responsibilities - Support the operations of Pangle’s international business, collaborating cross-functionally with product, tech, and sales teams to drive key project execution; - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner, identify opportunities for product improvements, regularly monitor business metrics, and uncover insights through data analysis; - Assist in driving vertical-oriented growth initiatives and demonstrate strong ownership in pushing cross-functional teams (xFN) toward effective execution; - Assist with other tasks related to advertising operations as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; - Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language; - Strong learning ability and a passion for the digital advertising industry; - Results-oriented with strong logical thinking and data analysis skills.
