JOB SUMMARY

Marzano is a well-respected and established South Sound restaurant serving elevated Italian cuisine and creative Northwest dishes. Applicants for Pantry Cook should have past experience in full-service kitchens. Cooks will have the opportunity to execute appetizers, salads, pizzas, as well as assist line cooks when needed. We have a passionate crew and are looking for similarly-minded people who will be dedicated to the kitchen and who wish to further their culinary career.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in fine dining settings or high-volume restaurants is advantageous.
• Strong background in food service, including knowledge of food handling and safety protocols.
• Culinary experience with a focus on meal preparation and cooking techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Prior kitchen experience is essential, showcasing versatility in various cooking methods.
  Schedule is Tuesday thru Saturday evenings.
  Compensation is $22-24/hr which includes wages and tips.
