If this sounds like your kind of kitchen, we’d love to hear from you. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Pantry Cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on salads, cold dishes, and desserts, with some support on fryer items during service. As a scratch kitchen, we take pride in precision, consistency, and presentation—this station plays a key role in both. You’ll work under the guidance of our Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. What You’ll Do Prepare and plate salads, cold dishes, and desserts to recipe standards Execute dessert components with attention to detail and presentation Assist with light fryer responsibilities during service, as needed Maintain a clean, organized pantry station at all times Assist with daily prep (mise en place, portioning, garnishes, etc.) Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates throughout service What We’re Looking For Availability to work 2–5 nights per week (typical shifts between 12pm–10pm; service runs 5pm–9pm) 1+ year of kitchen experience (pantry, garde manger, or pastry experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to stay organized and keep pace during busy service Solid time management in both prep and service Team-oriented mindset with clear, professional communication Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working in an open kitchen environment (“on stage”) Flexible and willing to support the team where needed Commitment to cleanliness and organization in all areas of the kitchen Compensation & Benefits $18–$21/hour, based on experience Health benefits & life insurance 401(k) with employer match (traditional & Roth options) Daily shift meals & employee discounts Flexible scheduling (we’ll work with you!)
