What You’ll Do: As our Pantry Cook, you’ll be the artist behind our cold dishes—think vibrant salads, flavorful appetizers, and beautifully styled plates that wow our guests. You’ll work closely with our executive and sous chefs to ensure every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Crafting cold dishes like salads, dressings, and appetizers with flair and consistency Prepping fresh ingredients—chopping, slicing, and organizing your station like a pro Plating with precision and creativity to elevate the guest experience Managing pantry inventory and ensuring freshness through proper rotation Maintaining top-notch cleanliness and food safety standards Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Contributing ideas for seasonal menu updates and guest favorites Occasionally interacting with guests to answer questions or accommodate special requests What We’re Looking For: A passion for food and presentation Attention to detail and a strong sense of organization Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen Previous pantry or cold station experience is a plus Commitment to food safety and sanitation practices Why Join Us? Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure kitchen environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Culinary school diploma preferred. Physical Requirements: The ability to stand for long periods and work in a hot, fast paced kitchen environment. Lift and carry heavy kitchen equipment and ingredients. Bend, stoop, and work in tight spaces.
