HIRING experienced pantry and pastry chef at LA ROCCA ROSSA.
La Rocca Rossa is located in Downtown Morrison. We are an upscale Italian Steakhouse with a chef driven menu that celebrates Colorado’s seasonal bounty by blending rustic Italian traditions with bold ingredients, and open-flame grilling techniques. The beverage program is a natural extension of our culinary ethos: seasonal, layered, and deeply rooted in craft. The bar incorporates herbs grown on-site, house-made shrubs and syrups, and unexpected ferments to build drinks that evolve with the seasons.

SKILLS FOR ALL TEAMMATES:

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus; enthusiasm for the role is key.
