We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Pantry staff member. This role is essential in supporting the kitchen operations by ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are well-organized, prepared, and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in food preparation and safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
• Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
• Experience in kitchen environments with a focus on food service and preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed.
• Adhere to food safety standards and best practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of pantry supplies and communicate needs to management.
• Support catering events by preparing necessary items in advance.
• Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks.
