About the Role
Inteplast Bags & Films Corporation is expanding into sustainable packaging solutions. As part of our transition to paper, we are seeking an experienced square-bottom paper bag machine operator to join our Delta facility. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with competitive wages at the top of the industry scale for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust square-bottom paper bag machines
• Set up equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating square-bottom paper bag machinery is strongly preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
